I was admitted after I met with an accident. The Ortho / Trauma team have attended on me very quickly response and Operated the very next hour and I have been treated by the Nurses and Patient relation executive very nicely.Especially the Housekeeping, Nursing and reception were excellent. Without any of my family members with me.Good care IMAGE. Keep it up.

I met with an accident very close to the hospital in hitech city.
The reception at the main door by the guard and emergency team was very good. The emergency doctor at the CASUALITY was very active attended on me consouled me completed his First Aid and then asked his team to intimate my office and home. By the time my team leader came I was in the ICU very comfortable and till today I do not forget the effort of the team at IMAGE for there timely help. I had to stay for 3 days but my stay was very comfortable with the good nurses and execellent care they have given me all with a smile.

I live in Delhi, I came to see my sister who works for the HSBC at HITECH CITY. We were returning from a party on that day from Kondapur in a Auto. One truck just hit us a went at high speed. We were 4 in the auto, this happened at around 12 .15am.
Thanks to the passers on the road, they called the Ambulance 108 in 10min we were in the hospital.The hospital was still glowing with full lights and staff as soon as the ambulance stopped the hospital emergency team and the 108 team took all 4 of us to the casuality.There were 2 doctors, 4 nurses and other support staff who have really worked fast on us did a fast first aid , sent my sister who had a head injury to the CT, our two friends had factures were sent for Xrays,the auto driver was given first aid he was the only one who got less injuries.My hand was factured all treated properly.Meanwhile the GM of the hospital called my Sister’s HR person since we did not want our parents to know about this since my father was a heart patient.All of us could maintain with the nurses and patient care executive for almost 4 days. All of us recovered from that episode, thanks to the IMAGE TEAM .
